Did you know that working out in the morning boosts your metabolism and improves both your mental and physical health? During Fun Fit Wednesdays we will focus on weight lifting, and end each session with P90 Ab-Ripper, which is exactly what it sounds like. If Tony Horton doesn’t fire you up on a Wednesday morning, I don’t know what will! This 2003 sensation still appeals to the masses and encourages us to develop abs during the almost 400 core movements in less than 20 minutes!
No weight lifting experience is required to join, and our teacher leaders will lead you through the proper form during the workout. This program combines functional movements at high reps, and intensity. Ultimately, we work to maximize the amount of work done in the least amount of time. Although we lift for less than an hour, I assure you this is all you will need to keep you on track mid-week. Whether you are looking to benefit physically, mentally or emotionally, lifting weights will help with your long-term goals.
If you enjoy our mornings together, you can continue to progress into your next school year by signing up for PAF34G Weight Training or PAF34F Fun Fit. It’s not too late to request these courses for September 2018. Check out the course descriptions below!
Fill out our Google Form if you are interested in joining the club next Wednesday! Remember, we are aiming for progress, not perfection 🙂
See you next Wednesday, Raiders!
